Free Training Provided – September 2026

Free Training Provided in September 2026

Knutsford BID was pleased to offer a free Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) training course for BID members this month, helping local businesses strengthen their workplace safety provision and meet their first aid responsibilities.

The accredited training equipped participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently and effectively in emergency situations, while providing a nationally recognised qualification valid for three years.

Ensuring appropriate first aid arrangements are in place is a legal responsibility for employers, and having trained first aiders in the workplace can make a critical difference should an emergency occur. The course formed part of the BID’s ongoing commitment to supporting businesses through practical training opportunities that benefit both employees and customers.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and look forward to offering further business support and training opportunities in the future. If there are particular training topics you would like the BID to explore, please get in touch.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Knutsford BID was also delighted to offer BID members the opportunity to attend a free online workshop on Neurodiversity in the Workplace, delivered by NeuroConfetti as part of our ongoing programme of business support and professional development.

The session explored what neurodiversity means in practice, highlighted ways employers can remove barriers and challenges in the workplace, and provided guidance on creating more inclusive recruitment processes. Attendees also had the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session, enabling businesses to discuss real-world challenges and gain practical insights from the experts.

Creating inclusive workplaces not only helps businesses attract and retain talented employees but also fosters a more supportive and productive working environment for everyone. We are pleased to be able to provide training opportunities such as this free of charge to BID members and would like to thank all those who took part.

We look forward to bringing more workshops and training sessions to businesses across the BID area in the coming months.
